The program is grounded by exhibitions of work by alumni resident artists paired with local Maine artists for a collaborative two-person dialogue. The exhibitions provide a structure for presenting artist talks, reading groups and other community events during the duration of each show. These events create opportunity for the community to engage with the exhibition and be on site. The goal of this programming is to equally share what comes from the local artists living here in Maine as well as bring contemporary artists and thinkers from elsewhere to engage with the local community.
